Penn Fest is an animal lovers paradise. Our popular Pet Zone features pet rescues, exhibitors, doggie contests and more. Bring your furry friend!
Join in on the many games and sporting activities that happen along the avenue. Many of our exhibitors and vendors set up fun activities that are free for you to enjoy as you explore the avenue.

Catch some air my friend! Watch the amazing BMX bikers perform incredible stunts that will leave you amazed.
Penn Fest is a special day in Richfield. It's when we close Penn Avenue from 62nd to 76th Streets to motorized traffic and replace it with foot traffic, bicyclists and skateboarders. Visitors explore the avenue filled with music, dance, sports, games, crafters, artisans, kids activities, Pet Zone, delicious food, small business marketplace, community groups, school groups and more. You never quite know what you'll find at Penn Fest because it's a day of discovery for people of all ages. Penn Fest is FREE to attend with no admission fee.

Want to become an exhibitor or vendor at Penn Fest? We invite community groups, non-profits, entertainers, crafters, artisans, businesses and food vendors to join us. It's a great opportunity to meet neighbors and find new customers. Penn Fest is an established event dating back to 2008, and we historically attract thousands of visitors. We had more than 8,000 visitors in 2023.
